LADIES RALEIGH 3 SPEED BICYCLE vintage retro bike student commuter leeds in Hunslet, West Yorkshire for sale

This is a lovely 1950s Raleigh 3 speed ladies bicycle. It rides exceptionally well, having been looked after and maintained over the years. The tyres are like new and the brakes are very good. The gear change is smooth and precise. The chrome wheels are dull but run straight and true true giving smooth braking. The dynamo lights have just been rewired and are fully operational with a good light output. There is some cosmetic rust in places particularly on the chrome parts but the bike is around 60 years old. Most importantly it is structurally sound and in excellent mechanical order. Frame size is 21 inch and the wheels are 26 x 1 3/8. Tyres and other parts for these bikes are cheap and plentiful. Maintenance is straightforward. Whoever buys this will not be disappointed.
